Our Group has couple of manufacturing Unit for production of

M. S. Ingots: For last 9 years the company is in manufacturing of business for Induction Furnace Route. The Ingots are made from melting of scrap (HMS & Shredded) and Sponge Iron (HBI/DRI).
M. S .Angle, Channel, Beam: The Company has semi automatic but modern rolling mill to produce various sizes, billets and Ingots are used to roll them into Angle, Channel, and Beam by the process called Rolling Mill.

Processing of H. R. Coil :

The Company has Modern and sophisticated equipment to process H. R. Coil into Sheets, Plates. The company also have facility for Blanking, Slitting, Shearing and Pickling.

CUT TO LENGTHS: This process involves straightening and leveling of HR and CR coil into sheets of required sizes. Process involves straitening, shearing, etc. of the HR Coil by various machines and equipments.
A cut-to-length line has a de-coiler pinch roll / flattener, a shear and limit switch suitable for lengths. To convert coil into flat sheets require a unique process, whereby the coil is opened and then, the material is flattered and cut into desired length. There are number of machines involved for the above process like De-coiler, Straightner, Leveler, Pinkroller, Shear, Stacker, etc

SLITING: This involves cutting the width of the coil into strips of smaller width as per requirement. Slitting is dividing a single, wide strip of metal into narrower strips. The widths of coils in slitted condition are decided by the requirement of the customers of the finished product. Based on these widths, the distance between slitting cutter is accurately decided. Rotary disc cutters are fixed on the arbour with spacers in between and the arbours mounted in the housing.

PICKLING: Hot rolled strip has oxide layers on the surface, commonly known as scale. The scale is removed prior to processing from the surface of the HR & CR Coils by the action of warm hydrochloric acid, which is subsequently rinsed by cold and hot water, such that pickled HR & CR

BLANKING: Blanking is the operation of cutting, or shearing a sheet in to a predetermined shape by. Blanking is cutting of a large sheet into smaller pieces required by the users industry.

 

Roller Chain:

The Company has set up a roller chain manufacturing unit which produces chains in various sizes catering automobile industry, conveyors, and other transmission rolled industry. Our products are manufactured under strict quality control environment with sophisticated and automatic machineries. Products are manufactured confirming to Indian and international standards with advance technology and our products are guaranteed for high quality workmanship and long life. Products manufactured by us are well accepted in market. Our goal is to service a customer and develop a long and fruitful association with them.

Polyester Yarn :

The company has set up facility to manufacture Texturised and Twisted Polyester yarn since 1998. The company manufacture Yarns of various denier and in various range of twist, as per the requirement of customer. Polyester yarn is suitable for use in the construction of interlaced fabrics, such as woven or knitted types of fabric.

Texturising: We get POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) Polyester from the POY manufacturer and do the texturing process in our texturising machine. Normal polyester yarn has poor moisture absorption power and lower air permeability. Texturising process creates artificial air pockets, which improves both air permeability and moisture absorption power.

Twisting: Polyester Texturised yarn can not be used directly in weaving to produce fabric / cloth. It requires certain amount of twist in the yarn. This is done in twisting machine to give twist of 300 TPM (Twist Per Meter). Yarn with 1000 and 2200 TPM is used to give crispy feeling to the specialty fabric like shifon, jorjet, etc.
