The Company was setup in 7th July 1996 in the state of Maharashtra with the main object to buy and sell Hot Rolled Coils (H. R. Coils). The Company has been appointed by Ispat Industries Ltd. as their dealer of H. R. Coils. The Company has been acting as a dealer of the Ispat Industries Ltd. and processes their material at various processing centers at Taloja, after which it sells the material to actual End Users, Traders, Suppliers, etc. through their own contacts and established brokers. H. R. Coil is processed into sheets or plates by the help of various machineries. It is the first straightened and then cut into required sizes.
The product viz. H. R. Coil / Sheets / Plates are sold to diverse clientele including the tubes & pipes industry, defense equipment manufacturers, automobile ancillaries manufacturers, cold rollers etc.

We are the sole selling agent of M/s.Essar Steel Ltd. since 1990, when they have started commercial production of their DRI Plant, which is also of Midrex Technology. We were the first one to introduce DRI into market and we educated most of the mini steel plant about its usage during 1990. We have got total knowledge and experience of the product both technically and commercially.

We are having 1 number of Texturising Machine and 17 number of Two For One (TFO) Twisting Machine. Texturise yarn is produced in 75, 80, 150 Denier. Twist yarn is produced from both Flat and Texturised yarn in 40, 75, 80 and150 Denier with 300, 1000 and 2200 T P M.
